Vets Drugs Direct is based in Hertfordshire within the small historic and idyllic village of Braughing, famous for its local sausages, an annual wheelbarrow race and the celebration of Old Man's Day by village children.
Vets Drugs Direct was formed by vets who had noticed and witnessed first hand that too many pet owners were struggling or were unable to purchase veterinary medicines because of cost. So when legislation was passed in 2005 regarding the supply veterinary medicines, these vets saw a window of opportunity to help animal owners take better care of their pets, by bringing the cost down of veterinary medicines that were once only available from your vets, thus enabling all pets to have proper care by having access to veterinary drugs and prescription foods that once their owners may not have been able to afford.
