When you have placed an order through VETS-DRUGS-DIRECT.COM this at once indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions and will therefore enter you into said contract of purchase with VETS-DRUGS-DIRECT.COM. Therefore you should read the following terms and conditions, with great emphasis taken on reading headings.

• Customer agrees that the use of the service is entirely at the customers own risk.
• We can only sell to UK based customers
• When customers registers their personal details with VETS-DRUGS-DIRECT.COM that all details submitted by customers are correct to their knowledge and must be updated regular when and if customer details change. When a customer registers their details they agree that said details will be held within VETS-DRUGS-DIRECT.COM data base, and will be kept and treated as personal information and will be used as personal information. Prescription Drugs

When you are ordering products from the VETS-DRUGS-DIRECT.COM Web Site the products that are marked:

• POM-Vs(Veterinary Prescription Only Medicines) you must submit to us a signed prescription from the vet that your pet is registered with.
• POM-VPS(Prescription Only Pharmacy & Merchants List)

These products are in the category designed for food animals & mainly comprise of farm animal or equine wormers, electrolytes & local anesthetics. A prescription must be written by duly qualified person such as a vet, pharmacist, agricultural merchant or trained saddler.

• AVM-GSLs (General Sales List) these are over the counter items that have no restrictions of sale. (No prescription is needed)

That you understand the requirements for ordering Prescription Drugs, as defined above and you acknowledge and agree that the information in your account is correct with all other information you have provided, you agree to pay the full amount as indicated on that product at the time and date of your order, and you pay us by credit card/debit card via our third party online payment service, and on completion of the order you will receive a confirmation email stating that we have received your order. You also agree that until VETS-DRUGS-DIRECT.COM has received the original prescription, which you should send to VETS-DRUGS-DIRECT.COM on the day you place your order on-line, with correct amounts as indicated on original signed prescription for each prescription item ordered, signed by your vet or qualified person as stated above, that we can not and will not dispatch those products.

• Time for delivery shall not be of the essence but VETS-DRUGS-DIRECT.COM will endeavor to dispatch your products by next business day on completion of receiving the correct above information. When you purchase any products from VETS-DRUGS-DIRECT.COM, you agree that VETS-DRUGS-DIRECT.COM uses Royal Mail Standard Delivery and that VETS-DRUGS-DIRECT.COM are not responsible for your order once it has been dispatched. VETS-DRUGS-DIRECT.COM will dispatch the product/products as soon as all information as stated above has been received and all delivery charges are included in total cost of product unless stated on the confirmation of order from us. Returns and Refunds Policy

10% restocking fee may apply if you which to cancel your order and obtain a refund. The 10% restocking fee will be taken from the amount you purchase from either your debit/credit card for example purchase amount £10.00 on debit/credit card, refund requested back on your debit/credit card of £10.00 minus 10% restocking fee total refund £9.00 hence £1.00 is taken for restocking fee equals to 10% of purchase fee.

It is the law that once any prescription products are dispatched no prescription product can be returned or a refund be offered,10% restocking fee may apply if you which to cancel your order and obtain a refund. The 10% restocking fee will be taken from the amount you purchase from either your debit/credit card for example purchase amount £10.00 on debit/credit card, refund requested back on your debit/credit card of £10.00 minus 10% restocking fee total refund £9.00 hence £1.00 is taken for restocking fee equals to 10% of purchase fee.

For non-prescription products you are allowed 7 days to cancel the order from receipt of the product:

• Please send us an email to info@vets-drugs-direct.com to cancel the order.
• Return items using the address on the invoice received with the delivery. Please ensure you provide us with your name and contact details. In order to receive a full refund please return the items unopened and in good condition.
• We will contact you with details of your refund, once we receive and process the returned item. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error, and the entire order is returned. On top of this, we make a 10% charge of your order as a restocking fee.
• We can only process and refund items returned from vets-drugs-direct.com

All refunds will be action and authorised on the 21st day of each month unless the 21st day is on either a Saturday or Sunday then monies will be refunded on the Monday after the 21st. Please allow 3 to 4 working days for monies to be refunded back on to the credit/debit that was used to purchase from VETS-DRUGS-DIRECT.COM. An email will be sent to you on the 21st day or the Monday after the 21st day which will state the amount of refund, your details of refund and our authorise number for refund.
