1. Any items ordered from vets-drugs-direct.com will be dispatched by Royal Mail Post.

2. Except for heavy prescription food goods, all prescription items are delivered UK ONLY Free and dispatched by recorded mail to the address that is shown on the prescription.

3. Products such as Insuvet Lente, Insuvet Protamine Zinc, Caninsulin, etc will be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery for arrival before 1pm and will only be dispatched Monday to Thursday (except public Holidays), so please make sure that someone is at the postal address as indicated on the prescription to receive the goods. Please note, products such as Insuvet Lente, Insuvet Protamine Zinc, Caninsulin, need to be refrigerated as soon as received as the chilled cold packs they are shipped in have a guaranteed 12 hour cooling cycle.

4. All prescription products will only be dispatched when Vets-drugs-direct.com receive a valid prescription for the goods indicated on the prescription from you, the purchaser.

5. All other Veterinary non prescription products, including heavy non and prescription food goods, will be subject to a delivery charge as indicated below. Please note that the delivery charge is calculated by the combined weight of all items ordered at one time. These prices are subject to price change.

6. We will endeavour to dispatch all items from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) on receipt of your order or, as stated above, a valid prescription, this will be from 1-7 days.

7. Great care is taken when packaging all items so you receive your goods in perfect condition.
